### Traits
**Vein Sigil Caster.** The Arcanist weaves magical energy through vampiric blood sigils. It ignores verbal, somatic, and material components unless a cost is listed. Countering its magic requires a DC 19 Arcana check.
**Arcanic Oversurge.** Once per round, when casting a spell of 4th level or lower, the Arcanist may cast an additional spell of 3rd level or lower as a bonus action.
**Leyline Severance.** Any attempt to teleport, plane shift, or enter the Ethereal Plane within 60 ft. of the Arcanist must succeed a DC 19 Intelligence saving throw or automatically fail.
**Mythic Resistance.** When the Arcanist fails a saving throw, it may choose to succeed instead. 3/day.

**Vein Seal (Recharge 5–6).** Targets a creature within 60 ft. The target must make a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw or be magically marked. While marked, they cannot become invisible, teleport, or benefit from resistance to psychic or force damage for 1 hour.
**Arcane Breaker (1/day).** The Arcanist targets a creature concentrating on a spell. That creature must make a DC 22 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, concentration ends and the creature takes 36 (8d8) force damage.

### Legendary Actions
The Arcanist can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Arcanist regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
- **Arcane Rebound.** Reflects a spell of 4th level or lower back at the caster.
- **Gravitic Collapse (2 Actions).** Choose a point within 60 ft. All creatures in a 20 ft. radius must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or take 27 (6d8) force damage and be pulled 10 ft. toward the center.
- **Seal of Isolation (3 Actions).** One target must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be blinded and silenced for 1 minute. Repeat save at the end of each of its turns.
