Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Arcanist regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. - **Arcane Rebound.** Reflects a spell of 4th level or lower back at the caster. - **Gravitic Collapse (2 Actions).** Choose a point within 60 ft. All creatures in a 20 ft. radius must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or take 27 (6d8) force damage and be pulled 10 ft. toward the center. - **Seal of Isolation (3 Actions).** One target must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be blinded and silenced for 1 minute. Repeat save at the end of each of its turns.
