Hearthstone is an ancient, stone-walled fortress located 34 miles southwest of [[Talonalton]]. Once a waypoint for patrols and pilgrims, it was long abandoned—until now. The refugees from [[Talonalton]] and their defenders have reclaimed it to withstand [[Raphael]]'s ghoul army.
