Usage The staff holds 7 charges that replenish daily at dawn. With expending 3 charges, it can unleash ‘Wrath of the Earth,’ causing a seismic shockwave in a 120-foot radius. Each creature within range must succeed on a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw or take 20d6 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. A successful save halves the damage and prevents being knocked prone. Expend 1 charges to instead summon a spectral vine, ensnaring a single target within 60 feet, forcing a DC 24 Strength saving throw or restraining the target for up to 1 minute and doing 2d6 bludgeoning damage. Utilizing its full charge teleports the wielder to a location within 120 feet, surrounded by an explosive splendor of foliage dealing 10d8 poison damage to enemies. DC 24 Constitution save for half.
